欧文：安东尼的特点不适合英超，他没有爆发力和速度摆脱防守

安东尼在两年多之前以8500万英镑的转会费从阿贾克斯加盟曼联，但球员表现远远未达预期。在联赛杯7-0横扫巴恩斯利的比赛中，安东尼打入了本赛季首球。但在英超比赛中，他只获得1分钟的出场时间。

曼联主帅滕哈赫认为，安东尼需要通过表现竞争出场资格，但欧文担心这位巴西边锋永远无法拿出具有说服力的表现。

“自从安东尼来到曼联后，我还没有看到他有足够的积极表现来证明自己每场比赛都该首发。”欧文告诉地铁报。

“他显然是一位非常有天赋的球员，曼联为他支付了大笔转会费。因此球队肯定迫切希望他能找到状态，让他感到快乐并拿出好的表现。”

“但我觉得他的特点不太适合英超。我认为他速度不够快，当他做一些花式动作时，我不觉得他有那种爆发力和速度，能够甩开防守球员。”

“他可能在另一支球队表现得非常出色，但在目前的曼联，确实很难有任何球员真正闪耀。就像我们在过去五到十年间看到的那些新援一样。”
