谈到巴黎奥运会最终两场自己的奇特体现，库里表明：“爱德华兹和我恶作剧说，‘我在最终的三天才出现在巴黎’，由于我在最终的两场竞赛中火力全开，这有点好笑，由于我在前四场竞赛中投篮欠好，我想我总共只投进了5个三分球，但在最终两场竞赛中我投进了16个（实践为17个）。”
